Marinated Vegetable Salad

Yield 6 to 8 servings


  • 2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1 cup fresh cauliflower flowerets
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried dillweed
  • 2 cups Italian dressing
