Marinated Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini quartered, very thinly sliced
  • 1 large yellow summer squash quartered, very thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup(s) red onion thinly sliced, separated into rings
  • 4 Radishes very thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup(s) Greek vinaigrette dressing

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.

Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving
