Ingredients
- 1 (9-ounce) package fresh three-cheese tortellini
- 1 (9-ounce) package fresh mozzarella-garlic tortelloni
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup light balsamic vinaigrette (such as Newman's Own)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
Preparation
- 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain. Combine pasta, tomatoes, and basil in a large bowl.
- 2. Combine vinaigrette and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Pour marinade over pasta; toss gently. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
