- 1 (9-ounce) package fresh cheese tortellini
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
How to Make It
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
Whisk together vegetable oil and next 5 ingredients. Pour over tortellini; toss gently. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cover and chill.
