Wow! Since for me 5 stars means it's basically orgasmic, 4 is extremely high for such a healthy, easy dish...the flavors complimented each other to the point where a bunch of light ingredients had an end result that was extremely rich. The butteryness of the salmon and the ripe mango was incredible. However, because of the richness this wasn't a dish I could eat for hours (and would probably never crave). It's definitely a good one to bust out if you want to impress company. Served it with a rice/orzo pilaf and a romaine/tomato/cucumber/onion salad. Yum, and my body is thanking me! Soooo healthy! :D

Very tasty. My husband doesnt like salmon and he even liked it. We used the grill and it came out fine that way. Also i recommend gettting a ripe mango otherwise your relish turns out kinda dry.

I decided to make this for friends I was having over last night because the recipe looked simple. I only had an hour and a half to hit the grocery store and get everything prepped before my guests arrived. It turned out fabulous, everyone raved about it. I doubled the marinade for 4 pieces of salmon and it seemed to be the perfect amount. I also doubled the mango/kiwi relish and there wasn't a bite left. I served it with grilled zuccini and a summer salad of mixed greens, pecans, goat cheese, and berries. I will definately make this again.

I never rate recipes, but I had to give this one the credit it deserved. I think that was the best at home salmon I have ever had. I served with corn on the cob, and I didn't even touch the corn until the salmon and relish were completely gone. The fish was perfect, and the mango relish was great. Quick, easy, fresh, and full of flavor. This will be a staple.

This recipe is easy to make and is simply delicious! I had my husband grill the fish outside which added to the summery feel of the dish. Our guests loved it and requested the recipe. I will definitely make this again and again.

This salmon was delicious, and both my husband and I enjoyed it very much. I baked ours at 400 degrees for 15 minutes instead of using the skillet, and it came out perfect. The only "negative" comment I have is the relish was unnecessary, in our opinions. We thought that it almost took away from the taste of the salmon. I'll definitely make this recipe again in the future but without the relish.

I loved how easy & delicious this was! My husband does not like cilantro, so we cut back on it and may substitute parsley next time. Also, I did not discard the marinade, but poured it over the salmon. I used a flat griddle as I don't have a grill pan.

My husband and I enjoyed this dish. I will definitely make again. We made it on the grill and I enjoyed how the fruit cut the richness of the salmon. I skipped cilantro bc I didn't have any. Try to get a ripe mango as well.

I warmed the relish just alittle. Fish seems to get cold so fast...

i made this a few weeks ago & this was delicious. it's good even without the relish but the relish gives it more pizazz.

This is pretty good! A lighter way to make salmon. Very easy to make and tasty. I think I'll skip the cilantro next time. I think it takes away from the flavor of the dish, rather than adding to it. The marinade is only enough for one person, so next time I'll double the ingredients for two people. Would taste good served over rice and with green beans or artichoke.

This was delicious and very fast and easy to make! I substituted the orange juice with some diluted lime juice and honey and served with whole wheat couscous. I used one whole mango and two kiwis which would probably have been enough for a family of four.

I loved it, my wife didn't. She likes her Salmon on the saltier side (capers) not sweet. I thought this was very good and easy to prepare. The relish was excellent by itself. I omitted the Cilantro for no other then I can live without it.

Great summer recipe. I love mangos so much although they are hard to cut up. As for the kiwis, i should've realized they don't really sell them ripe at the store, they were a little sour. Next time i will buy kiwis earlier and make this recipe later in the week.

This is such a great summer recipe! I love that it’s so healthy too. Because the relish is so delicious I made the recipe below with only 2 fillets instead of 4, so that we could have extra relish to top them with. I also made a slight modification as I baked my fillets in the oven. This was fine so I would rate it as "good," but we weren't crazy about it, and I'd rather make other salmon dishes like the CL bourbon salmon, the orange marmalade salmon, or the one marinated with pineapple juice. The salmon was nice and moist, but I didn't pick up much flavor beyond its own, and the fruit relish--despite my adding a half a jalapeno--seemed more like a fruit salad than a relish. I would recommend lime juice in the fruit relish--which I didn't use--and lime juice over the fish--which I did. Served with couscous and steamed swiss chard.
