  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 garlic cloves, halved
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 1 (8-ounce) package crimini mushrooms
