The flavors in this dish were outstanding. THe chicken had just the right amount of spice, without being over powering, and the salsa was great. You can use this in other recipes as well. This was easy to make and my husband gave it a thumbs up. I will definitely be making this dish again.

Fantastic combination of flavors for summertime. Company really enjoyed. Will definitely use this salsa again for fish and pork. Served with Lanny's Salad with candied pumpkin seeds.

Very nice contrast in flavors and colors. Makes a great summer meal! I altered the salsa, replacing the mango with fresh peaches and it was equally good.

This is a fantastic pairing. The salsa is so versatile, too. I have used it in a finer (1/4") dice and added crushed garlic, a little more sugar, soy sauce and crushed pineapple for a twist on this base recipe to serve with chips. Don't skip the lime juice and fresh cilantro. I would recommend seedless watermelon for prep purposes! This is phenomenal.

Wow...this is delicious!!! And so easy! It tastes like summer. I will definitely make this again very soon. Think I'll try some coconut rice on the side.

Delicious pairing, just enough heat in both the marinade and salsa for a refreshing flavor. I used boneless pork cutlets instead of chicken and absolutely piled on the salsa. I plan to prepare a double batch of salsa for a pig roast later this summer.

The salsa was really great, and I'm not normally a watermelon fan. The seasoning on the chicken was pretty good - if I followed the recipe exactly I wonder if it'd be better. (I didn't like any of the chicken breasts at the store so did cutlets instead, doubled most of the spices, and eliminated the salt.)

It was OK. The rub for the chicken was decent. But even after a ton of tweaking, I just could not get much flavor out of the salsa. Maybe my produce was lackluster.

I thought this was very good. The chicken was very tasty and the salsa added a little extra something. The entire family enjoyed it (I just left the salsa off the kids chicken).

Really love the salsa. Have made this numerous times. Used cantaloupe also tonight because I had some, but followed the recipe for the salsa. Wonderful taste! Since time was crucial, used McCormick Jerk Seasoning on the chicken. Served on a bed of Zatarain's Rice Pilaf. The flavors were like eating at a Jamaican resort!
