    Awesome, just the marinade I was looking for, it was hit! You could easily substitute the jerk seasoning with worcester sauce, but I had it on hand. Five Stars!! I will definitely make again!! I also took all the extra marinade and heated it up in a small saucepan and added some corn starch to make a gravy. (Mix a little water and corn starch separately before adding to the saucepan to prevent clumping.) A gravy is not necessary at all, the steak is extremely juicy , but I really didn't want to throw away the juices. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
