- 2 can(s) Stewed Italian Tomatoes
- 1 can(s) Tomato Paste
- 4 tablespoon(s) Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 2 clove(s) Garlic Minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Red Pepper
- 6 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup(s) Onion Finely Diced
- 1/2 cup(s) Water
- 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
- Saute Onion in olive oil until transparent. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Puree with an imersion blender. Simmer 30 minutes.
