  • 2 can(s) Stewed Italian Tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) Tomato Paste
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Red Pepper
  • 6 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) Onion Finely Diced
  • 1/2 cup(s) Water
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar


  1. Saute Onion in olive oil until transparent. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Puree with an imersion blender. Simmer 30 minutes.
