Marilyn's Strawberry Soup

Yield 1 1/2 quarts


  • 2 pints whole strawberries, hulled
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • About 1/2 cup plain yogurt

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Cover and chill thoroughly.

  2. Ladle soup into chilled dessert bowls, and garnish each serving with a dollop of yogurt.
