- 6 Eggs hard boiled
- 12 Russet potatoes (med-lrg) boiled
- 6 Pickles
- Onions to taste (about 1/2 a lrg)
- Miracle Whip
- 1. Run knife thru cooked potatoes.
- 2. Add Miracle Whip.
- 3. Add rest of ingredients.
- 4. Salt & pepper to taste.
- 5. Chill
- *Must use room temperature potatoes*
- **Taste best the next day**
