Margarita Pie

Quick and easy dessert - delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 ( 9") graham cracker crust pie shell
  • 14 oz can(s) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup(s) margarita mix
  • 8 oz tub(s) Cool Whip

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Whisk milk, egg yolks and margarita mix together and pour into the prepared pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool on the countertop for 10 minutes before placing in the refrigerator. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled and set. Top with Cool Whip or sweetened whipped cream.
