1/3 cup canola mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 cups very thinly sliced green cabbage
1 cup very thinly sliced red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot (1 medium)
3 thinly sliced green onions

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add remaining ingredients, and toss to coat.
