Maple-Walnut Vinaigrette

If you can't find walnut oil, use peanut oil or whichever vegetable oil you have on hand.

Ingredients

1/2 cup walnut oil
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
