This recipe is actually an Ellie Krieger recipe that appeared in the March 2010 Cooking Light. It's SO easy and delicious. Next time I might try pork or chicken cutlets as we had thick pork chops and it took a long time to get them to cook through on the stovetop.

this is a delicious and easy recipe. I served it with a broccoli/sundried tomato salad with a red wine, dijon, shallot vinagrette.
