Maple-Mustard Glazed Fresh Ham

    So good!!!! This recipe was so great! The mustard and syrup baste was perfect over the combination of spices. Instead of using an entire large ham, my local grocery store sells smaller individual pork shanks weighing about .75 lb each, which was better for cooking for only 2 people. I reduced the oven temp. to 350 degrees and basted very 15 min. Total cooking time about 1 hour. It turned out perfect! Will definitely making this again.
