Ingredients

1 1/3 cups half-and-half
1 1/3 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
3/4 cup maple syrup
Dash of salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Pour mixture into freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon ice cream into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
