Maple-Glazed Turkey with Bourbon-Pecan Gravy

    This Turkey was the best!! Moist and favorful.Everyone loved it. I turned the turkey over to marinade on the breast for last half. Used a Butterball Turkey almost 20 pounds. I basted every 30 minutes until done. Cooked early and covered and kept warm in a 170 oven until dinner. Was very juicey. The gravy was very good too. Did half with nuts and half without for no nut eaters. Will save this one for next year.
