Maple-Glazed Turkey

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This recipe has been a huge success for Thanksgiving dinner for two years now. The vermouth in the gravy makes it distinctively delicious. I did not make the stuffing suggested here since my family likes my own recipe for cornbread stuffing with mire poix and Italian sausage which the gravy only enhances.
