This was delicous! My fiance said we need to invite people over and serve them this recipe so others can experience this wonderful taste! Super easy to prepare and make. It was almost unreal after a long day at work to be over with dinner in such short time. Love it! Making it again!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 6-oz. salmon fillets
- Salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick foil. In a small bowl, stir together maple syrup, mustard and garlic powder until well combined.
- Place salmon, skin side down, on lined baking sheet; sprinkle lightly with salt and brush with maple syrup mixture. Bake until fish is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately
