I never liked salmon because of fishy taste but tried this recipe & it was THE Best salmon I have ever eaten & my husband agreed. Will always make it this way until a better recipe comes along.

This recipe is amazing and worthy for guests, not to mention extremely quick to prepare. I like my salmon well done and this recipe works well for that--the result is a nice, almost crispy coating of the sauce on the salmon. This recipe is great for those who are not particularly partial to salmon as well as those who are. I served it with Fresh Lemon Rice and grilled asparagus.

I LOVED it. My husband, who dislikes salmon in general, liked it enough to eat his entire filet. I doubled the recipe, added 1/4 at first, and then basted/added every 3 min or so. This gave a nice, thicker caramelization. Served it with rice, had an almost teriyaki-barbecue style taste. Thumbs up.

This is such a simple and quick recipe with fantastic results. I would serve this to company anytime. I made double the glaze to have some for serving.

I have made it three times now and EVERY time it is fantastic. I have made it with both fresh and frozen salmon, with and without skin, a few or multiple pans. Awesome!
