Very yummy but this dish was missing crunch on top. I'd sprinkle with a little turbinado or brown sugar, or perhaps some very finely ground walnuts or pecans. The bourbon sauce is beautiful, not just over the squash but also everything else it runs into on your plate. Seems tailor made to serve around the holidays with eggnog.
