Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups sliced peeled Fuji apple (about 1/2 pound)
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add apple to pan; sauté 10 minutes or until tender. Stir in syrup; cook 2 minutes or until mixture bubbles. Remove from heat; stir in cream and cinnamon.
