Yield: Makes 6 cups
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 cups strong brewed coffee
- Half-and-half, frothed (optional)
- Cook 2 cups half-and-half and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated. (Do not boil.) Stir in brewed coffee. Top with frothed half-and-half, if desired.
