Yield: 6 cups
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 3/4 to 1 cup maple syrup
- 3 cups strong brewed coffee
- Cook half-and-half and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated. (Do not boil.) Stir in coffee.
- Note: To lighten recipe, use fat-free half-and-half, and reduce maple syrup to 2/3 cup.
