Maple Coffee

Ingredients

2 cups half-and-half
3/4 cup maple syrup
3 cups strong brewed coffee
Half-and-half, frothed (optional)

Preparation

Cook 2 cups half-and-half and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated. (Do not boil.) Stir in brewed coffee. Top with frothed half-and-half, if desired.
