Maple-Cider Vinaigrette

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This is a good solid vinaigrette. I served it with baby greens and spinach. It will go with many meals and is very easy to make. Refrigeration brings out the flavors so make it at least an hour ahead. Will definitely make it again.

    We make this for our Progressive dinner and at Thanksgiving. It is really good and I would not change anything
