Maple Butter

Serve this butter chilled, or let it stand at room temperature about 20 minutes to soften. It's great with Sweet Potato Biscuits, corn bread, pancakes, or waffles.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed 1 minute or until smooth. Cover and chill until use.
