    It wasn't awful, but really not our style. It was easy to prepare, but the flavor combination was a bit strange. My family ate it, but no one was really crazy about it.

    Nothing special, but edible. Couldn't detect any maple flavor. I'm going to stick with the Buttermilk-Brined Pork Chops receip from CL instead.

    Yummy! I marinated the meat overnight and it had great flavor. The fruit was a fabulous, sweet touch.

    This was actually much better than I was expecting. I left the pork in the brine overnight and it was very flavorful. The fruit complimented the meat very well also.
