This recipe is excellent, "as is." I liked that it used ingredients that are pantry staples; and it was easily prepared. My daughter-in-law is picky and she loved it, so I wouldn't hesitate to serve this dish to company.

Excellent, easy recipe. I didn't alter the recipe at all. I would consider making this for company.

This is one of my favorite recipes. It comes together so quickly and the flavor is spectacular. Sometimes I will make extra sauce to serve with salmon later in the week. I would not hesitate to serve this to company. We like to have it with steamed broccoli and roasted butternut squash.

Love this recipe. Easy and quick to prepare, healthy, and the kids and husband devour without whining. What more can you ask for? The sauce is delicious and tastes very gourmet without much effort.

I made this the other day, exactly by the recipe. My husband and I loved it, and my husband proclaimed that I could make this once a week! So fast and easy, it is great especially for a weeknight!

Followed this recipe exactly as written, including the sweet potatoes and broccoli rabe. The flavors are outstanding and balance each other perfectly. Definitely worthy of a special occasion. Will make again soon!

Super easy & sooooo good! Would work well with chicken breasts too, I think.

I am giving this a 4 star because the glaze was very good. I didnt like how it hardened quite a bit when it cooled and next time I will pair it with meat that is a little more moist, like chicken thighs. I also think this would be great served drizzled over salmon, Yum. Another plus, it was easy to make.

Quote from my husband: "I think I could eat that maple glazed pork stuff you make five nights a week and be happy." Just follow the recipe and watch your family think you are the best cook ever.

My husband loved it!!!! He is not much of a pork fan but said this one should be put in the rotation. A easy and great recipe.

I must have misunderstood something in the instructions, after I pounded it to 1/4" thickness, it was more like scallopini than medallions, but that made it cook super fast and it was delicious!

I love pork tenderloin and this recipe is delicious. I followed the recipe exactly, and it was easy and quick to make. I think the sauce would go well with other meats.
