Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2/3 cup diced peeled mango (about 1 small)
  • 2/3 cup strawberry low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Preparation

Arrange sliced banana in a single layer on a baking sheet; freeze until firm (about 1 hour).

Combine banana and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
