Mango Salsa
This recipe goes with Mango Gazpacho
Yield: Makes about 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled, pitted, and diced mango
- 1/2 English cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 serrano or jalapeño pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Preparation
- Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
