Mango Salsa

  • Yield: Makes about 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 none mangoes, peeled
  • 2 none avocados, peeled
  • 1 none red bell pepper
  • 1/2 none red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • none Juice of 1 large lime (about 1 tablespoon)

Preparation

1. Chop mangoes, avocados, red bell pepper, and red onion; place in a medium bowl. Add chopped cilantro, oil, and lime juice. Chill, if desired.
