Ingredients

1 medium-size ripe mango, diced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup minced green chile pepper (such as Anaheim)
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; let stand 30 minutes before serving.
