Mango Salsa

This all-purpose relish is good with pork, chicken, and flank steak.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chopped peeled mango (about 3 medium)
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeño pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
