Very good. I add some pineapple, as well. Delicious with grilled meat or chips.

- 1 mango, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
