Recipe was rather bland, added a few things for flavor: approx 1/4 tsp white pepper approx 1/4 tsp cummin
Purchase jarred mango, found in the produce section of the supermarket, if you can't find ripe mangoes.
Yield: Makes about 1 1/2 cups
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
