Mango Salsa

Ingredients

1 cup peeled, pitted, and diced mango
1/2 English cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 serrano or jalapeño pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
