Don't judge a mango by its color--it isn't a good sign of ripeness. Instead, choose a mango that gives slightly when you gently squeeze it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 cups (1-inch) cubed mango (about 2 large mangos)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 large limes)
  • 4 cups sparkling ginger or lime soda
  • Ice

Preparation

  1. 1. Place half of first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Repeat with remaining half of ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Gently stir in soda. Serve over ice.
