Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 roasted red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill until ready to serve.
