- 3/4 cup diced peeled mango
- 3/4 cup diced peeled papaya
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced plum tomato
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime rind
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss gently. Cover and chill.
