Mango-Papaya Salsa



2 1/3 cups (serving size: about 1/2 cup)

3/4 cup diced peeled mango
3/4 cup diced peeled papaya
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced plum tomato
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime rind
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper


Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss gently. Cover and chill.
