I used olive oil mayo since it overall has a better low fat taste and my local store was out of regular peach chuttney so I got the "hot" peach chuttney and honestly, that extra heat made this 5 stars. I rated it at 3 because for me, it really needs the sweat and spicey to compliment the Thai burger I paired it with. Great base recipe and easy to tweak.
