2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced peeled mango
1 1/2 cups julienne-cut peeled jicama
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
How to Make It
Combine juice, honey, and salt in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add mango, jicama, onion, and cilantro; toss. Serve immediately.
