  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced jalapeño pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup diced banana (about 1 medium)


  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl. Let stand 30 minutes.
  2. Stir in banana just before serving.
