Ingredients
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 1 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped jicama
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to coat. Cover and chill.
