Mango-Avocado Relish



2 cups

2 avocados, chopped
1 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped jicama
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to coat. Cover and chill.
