Yield 4 servings

  • 6 ounces (1/2 can) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/3 cup HOLLAND HOUSE White Cooking Wine

  • 11 ounces (1 can) mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1/2 cup green grapes, halved

How to Make It

  1. Heat oven to 350°. In 12-by-8-inch (2-quart) baking dish, combine thawed orange juice concentrate, HOLLAND HOUSE White Cooking Wine, orange marmalade, and ginger; mix well.
