  • 1 bunch Green Leaf lettuce
  • 1 bunch Red Leaf lettuce
  • 2 (11-ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained and chilled
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • Celery Seed Dressing


  1. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Add mandarin oranges and sliced almonds; toss gently.
  2. Add desired amount of dressing just before serving, gently tossing to coat.
