Manchego and Chorizo Pizza

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This pizza was very very tasty! I doubled the recipe and froze one for later. I did use kale instead of broccoli rabe. (boiled, chopped and squeeze dried) I also added more cheese than what was called for. (not as light, but very good!)

    The chorizo and broccoli rabe balance each other nicely. Simple to make and although not WOW, definitely very good.
